Charlotte's Pride Week Interfaith Service

The Charlotte Pride Interfaith Service is the kick-off to the annual Charlotte Pride week, bringing together LGBTQ and ally people for a spiritual gathering and celebration of love. The service will be held at Unitarian Universalist Community of Charlotte, 234 North Sharon Amity Road, Charlotte NC, 28211. 

The service should last about an hour and is followed by an after-service social with refreshments. Participants include: 

  • Reverend Val Rosenquist, Senior Minister at First United Methodist Church of Charlotte

  • Reverend Kyndra Frazier, LMSW, M. Doc, CEO and Founder of KYND Consulting and Member of the Board of Directors of MeckMin

  • Ayya Sudhamma Bhikkhuni, Founder and Head Monk at the Buddhist Vihara of Charlotte
